Hiring Claims Representatives

Do you enjoy interacting with people, providing outstanding customer service and are looking for a rewarding career? Position requires Active Management of claims by working with the insured, insurance carriers and contractors.

  • Shift: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Full time shifts with varying work days and overtime available
  • Bilingual compensation for qualified candidates

Your Benefits

What you'll need to start your career

  • High School diploma or the equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills:
    • — You'll need three years' experience using Windows & Microsoft Office in an office environment.
    • — You can type a minimum of 35 words per minute without typos.
    • — Ability to use web browsers and have a basic understanding of the internet.
  • You'll need strong phone and customer service skills and have the ability to empathize with people enduring a crisis.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry will accelerate your development.
  • Minimum of three years' experience with Customer Service in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
